I believe that learning should be an enjoyable and fulfilling experience and that the value of teachers is based on their love of the subject matter and their care for transmitting it to the student.... My teaching philosophy is that, in order to be effective, the teacher must love the subject matter and have a great care for transmitting it to the student.

I am a GCU student majoring in biology. I will be a Junior this year. I have been a tutor at Kumon Math and Reading Center for 3 years teaching children ages 3-15. I also have tutoring experience at my college with other college students in chemistry.
