I have a passion for helping children reach their goals! I have my BA in Elementary Education and my teaching certification. I have experience individual tutoring, in the classroom, and in after-school programs. I love to tutor students in math and reading because there are so many fun activities and methods to work with. I am passionate about differentiation and integrating technology to make learning worthwhile.

Graduating in 2008 from the University of Kentucky, I received a Bachelor's degree in Spanish. While attending the university, I spent a semester studying Spanish in Madrid, Spain. Following my graduation, I began my teaching career at a public high school in Kentucky. I have teaching experience in both public and private high school settings, but can teach all ages and levels. I enjoy more than anything to see students learn Spanish Language and Culture.

I have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, a Masters's in business, and a Master's in Theology, and currently studying for a Ph.D. in Practical Theology. I am multilingual in English, Spanish, and French. Additionally, I read in Latin and New Testament Greek. I enjoy studying and teaching broadly and try to have a holistic understanding of individuals desiring to learn a new subject either under constraints or or just for the pleasure of personal enrichment.

I love teaching Spanish! I have two sons in their early twenties. I am one of eight children. My mother was born and raised in Mexico, and my dad's parents were from Spain. That's how I learned how to speak Spanish. I also love teaching reading and writing!
