I'm a passionate Italian and French tutor.

For my formal education, I started my French language studies (grammar and literature) in the 6th grade and continued on through my college years. I also studied Latin for five years to supplement my skills in both the Italian and French languages.

I have a business economics degree from Bocconi University in Milan and spent a semester studying at the HEC Grand Ecole, Paris. Having lived in France, I understand the culture and nuances that are a very important part of learning a new language.

For some, learning a new language can be a bit intimidating, so my lessons are designed to be fun and engaging. We will talk about your goals and objectives, assess your current skill level, and work at a pace that is challenging yet comfortable so that you can progress confidently. We can work hard on grammar and conversation, but we can also discover the French and Italian cultures through cuisine, songs, movies, poetry... you will love it! My students currently range in age from 9 to 70 years old with beginner to intermediate ability levels. Lessons are tailored to your personal needs whether you are a business professional, planning a trip, a student of any age, or are just looking to stimulate your mind by learning something new.
