What is your teaching philosophy?

First, I'd like to learn more about my students. Understanding what their goals are and what kind of level they are at right now will help the teaching and learning process be more effective and enjoyable. Second, when coming to learn a new language, I once was a student learning English, and I'm still a student trying to learn Korean and French. So I'd like to share all those problems I've encountered and all the methods I think work the best with my students. Last, but not least, I'd like to keep my teaching style as interesting as possible with a lot of additional materials, movies, and fun facts.
