Im a graduate from Cornell University and a former Accenture consultant. I received my Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Operations Research. Ive been a tutor at Cornell for introductory statistics. While at Accenture, Ive taught clients introductory statistics to give them the tools to understand business data. I enjoy teaching Math, Statistics, and Business. I also have experience in statistical data mining and script programming using R. Im passionate about making sure my students are equipped with a deeper understanding of seemingly difficult topics. I like using visuals and situations relatable to a students interests. In my experience, abstract topics like Statistics are easier to understand when people can see a situation described in a problem in their heads. In my spare time, Im an avid follower of the NBA and NFL. Im also into the Game of Thrones TV series and the A Song of Ice and Fire book series. Im also a semi-professional hip hop dancer.
