I am a graduate student at New York University, working towards a degree in education. While going to school for the past year I have been an in-classroom 3rd grade tutor for mathematics and reading. I have continuously been involved in education. I received a bachelor's degree in elementary education from the University of Central Florida. While I was working towards my bachelor's degree I worked as a substitute teacher in all grade levels, as well as volunteered as a reading tutor for two years. I love working with younger students, but I have worked with students of all ages. I am very aware what it is like to struggle your way through a test or difficult subject area in academics, which is why I am incredibly passionate about students having every resource possible.
