I have enjoyed being an elementary teacher/tutor for 20 years. I believe that every child is a gift. Every child is unique and special. Every child can learn. Every child deserves love, respect, and the opportunity to become their best self. It is a teacher/tutor's job to educate, respect, and appreciate each child, and to foster, encourage, and enhance their
academic, social, and emotional growth. I can think of no higher calling or no more challenging,
rewarding career.
