I've always had a passion for education, and I've been teaching kids since I was a kid. My first job in education was as a TA for a theatre program when I was 15. Since then I've worked as a writing instructor, a playwright, an after school counselor and in many, many more odd jobs. Through it all, the joy I take in writing, whether academic or creative, has remained. I find nothing more exciting than helping my students find that same joy and ease in their writing.
