Learning how to learn is not easy, yet it is fundamental to understand how the world works around us. Every student has untapped potential, and in order to reach it, they must embrace and persevere through adversity. Failure, however, is never a setback; it is a step closer to success. When working with students, I refrain from providing direct answers to homework or test questions, for building a foundation for sustainable learning is more important than memorizing easy answers. Above all else, I focus on forming a personal relationship with each student to create an open and engaging learning environment. Everyone learns better when they know the instructor has their best interests in mind.
