I have a passionate interest in Health and Fitness, and live according to what is best for my health and fitness. I am a long distance runner, and have completed one 26.2 mile marathon. I plan to do many more of those, plus move on to ultra-marathons. I am an avid reader of non-fiction books in Self-help, Personal Growth, Running. I also have a strong interest in watching movies, mostly intense thrillers, brain-work crime, movies based on real life events or historical events across the world ( a way to learn what happened), documentaries on subjects I am interested in. I do Sudoku, Solitaire and other games to pass time. Finally I am very interested in the social issues, including hunger, homelessness, and equal opportunity in our society for all people.
