A professional, independent Registered Nurse whose passion is being a Nurse Educator Advocate to all current and future nurses! My philosophy in teaching is "Make It Make Sense!". It is important to me that nurses understand why they do what they do. Understanding the "why" better helps the nurse to become highly skilled and competent. When you look good you feel good, and that will further help create great patient outcomes. I am in the field of cultivating amazing awesome confident Registered Nurses!

One of my strengths when it comes to teaching is being able to create NCLEX-style practice questions and rationales that help prepare students for course exams, licensure exam (NCLEX) and help students with testing anxiety.
