I am a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I received my Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a double minor in Biology and Sociology. Since graduation, I have moved to Houston, Texas where I have taught high school students in AP Biology and Honors Biology for three years. While I tutor a broad range of science-related subjects, I am most passionate about Biology and AP Biology. In my experience helping struggling students prepare for Standardized Tests, we always seem to have the most fun (with remarkable advancements) prepping for the Critical Reading and Science portions of the exams. I am a firm proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students. In my spare time, I enjoy reading that which enriches my life, yoga, and watching the Houston Astros!
