I am a postgraduate research student, currently completing a masters in Experimental Physics at Newcastle University. Before this, I graduated with a first class degree in Physics (Hons) BSc from Nottingham Trent University.

After graduation, I spent my summer working as a Physics Teaching intern at a secondary school and sixth form academy: assisting and leading lessons, and marking tests. During this time, I attended many pedagogy sessions, teaching me about how learning is best carried out and how to use this information to create engaging and effective lessons. I believe education is incredibly important, and whilst I understand examinations can be difficult, I am to help develop a deeper understanding to ensure students have a firm grasp on scientific concepts and clearly display this during assessment.
