I am an experienced teacher and tutor with over 14 years classroom experience in UK schools with consistent outstanding outcomes for my students. During my teaching practise I have led at both Keystage 3 and Keystage 4 giving me an indepth knowledge of the curriculum and exam technique. I have also led on intervention programs at both Key stages to improve student outcomes of students following gaps in knowledge due to the pandemic; helping and supporting students to get back on track and reach their full potential.
As an experience line manager with the responsibilty of training newly qualified teachers and improving practise across the department and keystages I have gained in-depth knowledge and experience of the GCSE curriculum and how to make mathematics accessible and engaing to students.
