I possess an inquisitive approach to challenges, using adept problem-solving skills developed through experiences to overcome adversity. Such opportunities have taught me to use initiative individually, as well as the importance of communication as part of a team the staff whilst implementing strategies to increase the quality of the education that the student receives. I enjoy delivering new schemes of work to pupils whilst ensuring that the lessons are engaging and motivating students to thrive. Helping students with exam preparation and regularly marking and reviewing students work.
