I am a 2nd year Aerospace Engineering student who has tutored since January 2023 in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Geography for both A level and GCSE. I am passionate about helping students improve and motivating them to learn even in subjects they might not enjoy. To do this I tailor lessons to students - trying different ways of explaining hard concepts and methods until they are confident and then giving them exam style questions so they can practice applying their knowledge. Every student is different so I believe this method allows me to adapt to all types of learner. I went to school at Watford Grammar School for Boys for both GCSEs and A Level. I studied Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Geography at A Level and as a result I feel these are my strongest subjects to tutor - especially Maths and Physics which I continue to actively use in my degree. Outside of education I enjoy hiking and have trekked across much of Dartmoor with friends.
