I graduated from Old Dominion University with a Masters degree in Elementary Education with an Elementary Math Specialist endorsement with the State of Virginia, Maryville University in St. Louis with a doctorate in teacher leadership, and University of Missouri - St. Louis with a Masters degree in Elementary Education. I have taught nearly all grade of elementary, from 2nd to 5th grade, and have also taught middle school mathematics (pre-algebra 6 and math 6). I am definitely the most passionate about math education; my niche is using manipulatives and technology to enhance my instruction both virtually and in-person. One of my favorite subjects to teach is integer operations (middle school) and operations with fractions (elementary). I am a big believer that intimate knowledge of math (and how it relates to the real world) is a game changer, especially as it pertains to adult finances. In my spare time, I love shopping, watching my favorite shows on TV, and hanging out with friends.
