Greetings! I'm a lifelong dance professional and K-12 educator. I love teaching dance and movement as a form of relaxation, self-expression and creativity, as well as connecting dance to core subject mastery.
I have multiple years of experience working with children and adults, both in-classroom and virtually. Lastly, as a person with ADHD I understand the struggles a neurodiverse brain may experience with studying skills, self-regulation, and organization.
