My philosophy of education is that each student is unique and has various opportunities to reach their potential. To do that, they need an educational environment where they can grow mentally, emotionally, physically, and socially. I must create this type of education environment where they are motivated to learn something new every day. Students control their decision-making. However, motivating them to make the decisions that benefit them academically is the key to successful education. I want to motivate them to attack any challenging situation with confidence and a strategic plan. Problem solving is a big key in the real world. Thus, being motivated to take on any challenges is important.
