I'm a current Emergency Department registered nurse and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a specialized degree in Emergency Medicine. I'm a graduate of Bryn Mawr College, Carson Newman College, George Washington University and Rocky Mountain University.

I have received a Bachelors of Arts in Classical and Near Eastern Archaeology, Post-Baccalaureate in health studies, Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Masters of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner and a Post-Masters Degree in Emergency Medicine.

I have been a registered nurse in a level 1 trauma center for 10 years and have helped educate new nurses for the past 9 years while also teaching ATCN and TNCC. I have received the Nursing Leadership Award for Nurse Mentor of the year for the state of Utah from the Emergency Nurses Association.

I love educating students to help them progress in their studies and to help them better understand which modalities of studying help them best.
