I am a graduate of St Olaf College (Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Chemistry) and the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill (PhD in Chemistry). While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about science and mathematics. Chemistry, algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics are some of my favorite subjects.

I taught general and organic chemistry (lab and lecture) throughout graduate school as a teachers assistant. I have volunteered with children (K-12) for over 20 years, teaching them a variety of science and math subjects. More recently, I volunteer in my children's classrooms in elementary school.
