When I'm not tutoring or coaching students, you'll probably find me: Advancing Educational Equity: As Educational Committee Chairman for my local NAACP chapter, I work to ensure all students have access to quality education and advocate for systemic improvements that benefit every learner in our community. Leading the One Truth Collective: My praise and worship after-school program inspires students to grow in their faith, build confidence, and express themselves musically. It's a space where every voice shines and young people discover their unique talents. Expanding My Leadership Toolkit: I'm constantly diving into books on leadership, motivation, and faith that challenge me to grow both personally and professionally. Lifelong learning isn't just something I teach – it's how I live. Giving Back to My Community: Whether I'm mentoring youth, volunteering at local events, or supporting community initiatives, giving back to the place that shaped me is deeply important. I believe strong communities create strong students. Building Tomorrow's Leaders: Through all my community work, I focus on empowering young people to see themselves as changemakers. Every interaction is an opportunity to help someone realize their potential.
