I am a graduate of Bates College and received my Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry with a concentration in The Human Body. I was a transfer student and spent the first two years of my undergraduate experience at Oregon State University. My tutoring journey began my junior year of high school and have been tutoring my peers at Oregon State University and Bates College ever since. Although I tutor a variety of subjects, I am most passionate about helping students through chemistry/organic chemistry and attempting to foster a love of the subject. I value creating a safe space where students feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions, guiding a productive struggle with the material to encourage a deeper understanding. In my spare time, I enjoy bouldering at my local rock climbing gym, playing board games with my siblings, and visiting local coffee shops.
