The student and I have gotten ahead of the class now as we went over the use of the Mean Value Theorem and Average Value formula for Integrals. We finished the practice problem set over the concepts; The student occasionally needed extra explanation of the logic driving the problems, but his use of the actual integration was nearly flawless.

We went over his 4th English test, focusing on ways to save time so he wouldn't feel rushed. Then he did the first passage of the 5th test while I timed him, and went over it. He's doing the rest of the English test that way for homework so he can get used to the timing.

We met today to finalize an outline for the student's literature paper. She has a meeting with the professor to clarify the assignment, and wishes to show him this outline before she begins writing the paper. She decided on a structure for her paper and I helped her choose which elements and themes she will discuss from each book.
