Welcome to Varsity Tutors, I've helped many teachers/students pass their educational exams in the last 20yrs of tutoring/teaching. It's recommended to complete 12-36h of consistent weekly/monthly tutoring sessions in an effort to prepare for success and the best opportunity to pass your exam(s). We can meet 1-3 hours weekly until you take the exam. Or, twice weekly.

*I've helped many teachers/students pass the following educational teacher licensure exams, including: English, Reading, PE, PEH, Art, Math, History/SS-SC, Science, and SPED exams (both Pearson and Praxis exams). Specifically the following among many others: FTCE-060/ESE, GK-082 (825,826,827), and FTCE-PED licensure exams, ILTS, NYSTCE EAS- 201, PEH-076, CSET MultiSubject 1/2, NES (K-12 educational licensure exams: Reading/ELS-LA-English/SS-history/SC-Biology-Earth-Life-Nature subtests, PE/PEH(5857/5091)/CSET PE 1,2,3 exams), CSET English-105,106, 107,108, and other state educational exams (GA, TX, OAE,ILTS). Additionally, I've helped many pass their Professional Licensure/Certification Exams, such as: LSAT-reasoning/logic, TABE, Audiology, and SLP-SpeechLanguagePathology. I also work with 3rd-8th grade students througout the year studying for/improving reading comprehension/English and Math, HSPT, SHSAT, SSAT, ISEE, ACT Reading/English to better their chances for college preparation, as well as the GED and AP exams with great success.
I look forward to helping you prepare and improve your score/pass your upcoming exam(s).

I enjoy teaching/tutoring educational/ professional exams. I have over 25y of experience within education. I passed 8 state exams within education on the first attempt with consistent study habits-organization of test prep material-tutoring-various/multiple test prep Q/A (K-8 subject matters, K-12 PE/Health). I also obtained the Health Endorsement added to my license. Therefore, I completely understand how important preparation is for passing your exam(s). I'm credentialed as highly qualified. Most importantly, I have a Master's Degree in Education:Curriculum and Instruction from an accredited university earning a 4.0 in all subjects.

Since joining Varsity Tutors, I've helped many teachers pass after completion of consistent 12-36h sessions. Furthermore, I highly recommend a minimum of 12+hrs per each individual subject exam for success in passing (1-3h weekly) or more if needed. We can adjust the schedule as needed to help ensure a thorough review of study material. We may recommend additional tutoring hours as needed prior to your exam if there are interruptions. I believe the investment is worth your time.

I have proven methods to best prepare for your exam(s). I enjoy helping families, students, and teachers to pass their exam(s) and avoid the stress of needing to retake them. I tutor in the same way I studied for each exam, with a focused study plan and strategies to best organize various material resources.

I decided to become an educator while raising my family and have loved helping students/teachers ever since. I taught K-8 in GA and TN. In 2016, I obtained the state Health Endorsement (K-12), because I have a passion for health/wellness. For many years and currently, I've tutored test preps (since 2006), taught seminars at the colleges (since 2017-2025), and graded state educational exams (since 2009-current). With years of experience and education, I would absolutely enjoy helping you accomplish your goals. I am dedicated to providing strategies to help you do well with test taking for the state educational/professional licensure exams.

Our sessions will consist of an introduction to tutoring resources, an overview of your test specifications within a course study, and weekly content review needed to pass. We'll set up the best schedule for us to meet prior to testing. Then, during the remainder of our sessions, I will put together and present multiple QA/videos for completion. I recommend searching for the information and writing notes as needed during sessions to help retain information, which will, in turn, help you to select the correct answers on your exam. I look forward to helping you! It's my pleasure to provide the best for you to do your best! Meg

I've written several cookbooks on Kindle, paperback and hardback. I'd love if you purchased and provided 5-stars on the reviews. We also enjoy reading, playing mancala, uno, checkers, etc ..learning new information is always beneficial. I also enjoy helping students, families, and teachers alike to better their lives by passing a needed exam as soon as possible, to relieve the worries and stress of studying, spending additional monies, and taking time away from their lives. I will dedicate the hours for your sessions to help you do your best. Please remember the investment you make with 24 hour sessions for each of your exams is recommended to ensure you have the best opportunity to pass, investing the time and amount to avoid retaking the exam multiple times.
