I enjoy working with people and make a difference in others lives, the reason I became a teacher. I have effective-highly effective evaluations with yearly growing data of my students in terms of academic gains. I believe in teaching is a holistic approach through establishing the rapport with my students to be able to help them academically. Understanding my students needs, weaknesses and strengths are priority to the success of my students.
