I believe that there is no set form of learning. Everyone learns differently. Teachers need to adapt to their students' needs rather than forcing them to follow one set mold.

I started tutoring in 2013 when I moved to Florida. The state at that time was using Common Core and many students struggled just to keep up. Through tutoring I discovered how much I love teaching and decided to pursue a teaching degree in the mathematics field.
